Sealed proposals will be accepted by the Greene Township, Pike County, Board of Supervisors until 2:00pm on Wednesday, April 16, 2025, at the Municipal Building located at 198 Brink Hill Road, Greentown, PA 18426 for the following REVISED project:
2025 Paving Project 1 (prevailing wage applies):
1,584 TONS Superpave 19mm 3.0” Depth
Bids must be accompanied by a 10% certified check or bid bond, made payable to the municipality. Performance and payment bonds of 100% are required by successful bidder within 20 days of contract award. The successful bidder for 2025 Paving Project 1 will be required to comply with PA prevailing wages. Interested contractors can call the township office to request bid packages Monday – Thursday 8:00am to 2:00pm (570) 676-9325. All bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid project review. Proposals must be upon forms furnished by the municipality. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked “2025 Paving Project 1.” The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Projects will be awarded at the special meeting of the township on Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at 2:30pm.
