Rt 390 Bridge in Promised Land State Park

The bridge located on Rt 390 in Promised Land State Park will be undergoing construction. Traffic will be maintained via a temporary, single lane so a detour will not be required. The project is scheduled to be started at the end of 2023 and continue through 2025.

The work stated for SR 447 was originally stated for half width phased construction. After construction started it was determined that it was going to be necessary to close the bridge and detour the road. This detour route will be along 507/191 South to the intersection of SR 3012 Make a left on SR 3012 and proceed to the intersection of SR 447 and make another left on SR 447 and proceed north on SR 447 to the start of the detour. This work will be starting on Monday 3/31/25 and completed on 7/24/25.
