Fees
Three (3) separate checks are required:
- Greene Township Administration (payable to Greene Township) – $200.00
- Building Inspection (payable to Jim Melber Inspection Service LLC) – $250.00
- includes 2 inspections. Each additional inspection may incur additional fees.
- Greene Township Sewage Enforcement Officer Inspection (payable to Greene Township) – $200.00.
- includes 1 inspection. Each additional inspection may incur additional fees. If additional sewage permits are deemed applicable, their associated fees are also applicable per Resolution 24-13

Application for Annual Renewal
Each Short-Term Rental Unit must be renewed and the annual fee (per Resolution 26-6 above) paid before May 1st of each calendar year (per Resolution 24-16 above), and at any time when any of the conditions of the rental which are governed by this Ordinance are changed.
